Meet4Less reserve the right to remove any material that does not comply with this policy, suspend or terminate your membership with immediate effect, and report you to the relevant authorities if your behaviour on our website consists of any of the following:

Non Acceptable Behaviour:

Hateful, Racist, Aggressive or Abusive behaviour towards any other Meet4Less member or staff Public posting of a telephone number, email address or any other personal contact information, (if you wish to exchange personal contact information please do so through your personal messages) Allowing a third party the use of your account Having an account type that is deemed as deceitful to other members Any unlawful or fraudulent behaviour or anything that has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect For the purpose of harming or the intention of harming any other person Sending or procure the sending of Spam; unauthorized or unsolicited advertising or promotional material Send data or upload any material that contains (but not limited to) viruses, Trojans, worms, time bombs, spyware, ad ware, keystroke loggers or any other program that could have a harmful affect on software or hardware Infringing the copyright or any other intellectual property rights belonging to Meet4Less or any other person

In addition anything illegal and/or contrary to the laws of England and Wales including the promotion, illusion, or suggestion of under age sex, rape or any non consensual acts, hard drugs or any other form of activity that maybe deemed illegal.

Content Standards:

The following content standards apply to any image, video or any other material uploaded to our website:

Uploaded Material Must NOT Contain:

• Any person who appears to be under 18 years of age
• Identifiable third parties as the main subject or in the background
• No personal contact information such as (but not limited to) email address, URLs or telephone numbers
• Any material that is deemed defamatory of any person
• Obscene, Hateful or offensive material
• Promotion of violence
• Discrimination of (but not limited to) race, sex, religion, nationality, disability, sexual orientation or age
• Material that may infringe copyright, database right, trade mark right or any other intellectual property rights of any person
• Material that is likely to deceive any other person
• Promote any illegal activity
• Be threatening, abusive or invade any other person's privacy and/or cause needless anxiety
• Be likely to upset, embarrass, harass or alarm any other person
• Give the impression that they in anyway shape or form originate from Meet4Less if this is not the case

Breaches and Remedies

If we believe that you have breached or are likely to breach any item in our Acceptable Use Policy we reserve the right to:

• Remove any posting of material that breaches this policy
• Issue you with a warning
• Terminate your membership
• Disclose any information about the breach to the authorities
• Take any other action that we deem as necessary and appropriate

Our decision on any action that we may take is final.

If you believe there has been a breach in our Acceptable Use Policy by any user of this site please send an email to our Site Administrator including full details of the breach and the person responsible.

Meet4Less reserve the right to change any information in our Acceptable Use Policy at any time, without notifying our members. It is your responsibility as a member of Meet4Less, to return to this page on a frequent basis to ensure you are kept fully informed.

Meet4Less reserve the right to terminate any membership, at any time, for any reason without an explanation.
