The materials that are available within the website Meet4Less may include text articles containing graphic details of sexual activities, explicit adult images and videos, including the viewing of live web cams where sexual activities may be taking place, therefore may not be accessed by anyone under the age of 18. As a member of Meet4Less you agree that you may not permit any person under the age of 18 to access Meet4Less via your membership account.
You are prohibited to post text, upload images or videos containing person/s who appear to be under the age of 18. You must also not allow any person/s under the age of 18 to appear on a web cam, whether they are the primary subject in view, or in the background. We reserve the right to remove any item which contains any person/s under the age of 18, or which we believe to be unlawful and therein report you to the police, commence legal action against you and/or terminate your membership.
By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions you are agreeing to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy and our Chat Room Rules which are located at the footer of this website. All members must also adhere to the laws of their country and by doing so must not be found to enter into any activity on Meet4Less that may be deemed as illegal by such laws.
Meet4less is controlled and moderated by our Administration and Moderating Team, by agreeing to our Terms and Conditions you understand that all materials which are presented to us by our members, are believed to be entirely accurate and are therefore published in good faith. We reserve the right for our Administrators and Moderators to review, edit or delete any material posted anywhere within our website, that in reasonable judgement violates any of the information set out in this agreement.
You are prohibited from the posting, distribution or reproduction of any copyrighted material, unless prior written consent is obtained from the owner. If you believe any material that you have the sole copyright to, has been posted within Meet4less please contact our Copyright Agent with the following information; a description of the copyrighted material and where on our website you believe your material to be located, including the provision of any URLs of web pages and/or hyper links. We will also require your email address, home address and contact telephone number so that we may contact you regarding this matter.
Upon your subscription to Meet4Less your credit/debit card will be debited with one months payment of L3.00, every 30 days thereafter your card will be debited with the same amount unless monthly subscription fees have increased, if this is the case you will be given plenty of notice prior to the payment being processed. Please ensure that your account has the necessary funds available 3 days either side of when your payment is due, to allow for weekends and public holidays.
Please ensure for the purpose of subscribing to Meet4less you provide us with the correct personal and credit/debit card information, you also agree that the card you are using is your own, and that there is sufficient funds available at the time of subscription. Meet4less reserve the right to obtain the appropriate validation of your method of payment, before activating your membership with us. Once your payment has been processed there will be no refund.
By Agreeing to our Terms and Conditions you authorise us to use, process and store any information relating to and/or identifying you, including but not limited to, all information necessary to complete your membership application enabling us to provide you with the service you require. We can guarantee that any information provided by you to us will not under any circumstances be sold to any third party. We will never use any information you provide us for any other purpose apart from administration.
It is your responsibility to ensure the protection and confidentiality of any private personal information, with regards to the access of your account. You are prohibited to share this information with any third party. If you believe that your account is no longer secure please change your password immediately and notify us of any unauthorised access to Meet4less or breach of security.
You the member have the right to cancel your membership at any time, for any reason, your cancellation of your account will come into effect upon our receipt of a written or email notice from yourself. Your account information will be held on our system for a time period of no longer than 6 months, in case of any likelihood that you may wish to return to Meet4less, after this date all your account information will be purged from our system.
We reserve the right to make alterations, changes and even terminate any feature within Meet4Less when deemed necessary by us. We will do our utmost to maintain our high level of service but cannot guarantee that the service will operate without interruption or be free from errors. We do not accept any liability for its unavailability. You are prohibited from interfering, tampering, hacking or causing any other disruption to our website or systems. Any member found to have any involvement in this nature, will have their account terminated immediately and legal proceedings will commence where deemed necessary.
Meet4Less is for the sole personal use of individual members, we do not permit Businesses or Organisations to become members, nor do we allow any part of the site or service to be used for the purpose of sending commercial emails or advertisements relating to any other website or service. We reserve the right to take the appropriate legal action against any person/s to be found soliciting any member of Meet4Less either through and not limited to email, messages or chat rooms. Any member found to be taking part in any of the above will have their account terminated.
Upon accessing another website through a link provided by our service, you understand that we make no representations in relation to this other website, and that it is completely independent from us. We assume no responsibility for any loss or damage caused or allegedly caused by any other website, as we have no control over it or its contents. Any concerns you may have regarding any external link from our website should be directed via email to our Site Administrator.
Meet4Less will accept no liability or responsibility to you or any third person for any loss or damage that may result (including without restriction, any indirect, direct, punitive or consequential loss or damages, any loss of data, income, contracts, profits, or any interruption of business of any type whether in misconduct (including without limitation negligence), contract or otherwise) in relation with this website, the service of this website, or in any relation with the use, inability to use or the results of the use of this website. Nothing in this legal binding document shall exclude or limit Meet4Less's liability for personal injury or death caused by our negligence, fraud, misrepresentation as to a fundamental matter and any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law. You agree that these current Terms and Conditions hereby replace all other Terms and Conditions that may have been previously applicable to the provision of Service.
